We at the William James College INTERFACE Referral Service are keenly aware of the shortage of mental health providers of color and how racial inequities exist in medical and mental health care. Lynnfield is a town in Essex County, Massachusetts, in the United States. The town of Lynnfield was first settled in 1638, made a district separate from Lynn in 1782 and officially incorporated in 1814.   Lynnfield has since become a modern, though chiefly residential suburb of Boston.
