Birthing Mama® shares teachings from the wisdom of yoga, ayurveda and holistic health to support you during the journey of fertility & conception, pregnancy, birth and postpartum. In our classes we warmly welcome all - women, men, non-binary people, trans, queer, surrogates, partners, etc, everyone is welcome!

This video series is designed to support you throughout your pregnancy. Each video, between 5 and 20 minutes long, is a short, theme-based practice that has been designed for each week of pregnancy, with the purpose that you can learn a new concept or pose each week, building on the weeks before. You can engage with these videos individually at your own pace, or practice one per week. Feel free to reach out with any questions to info@shraddhayoga.org

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Welcome to the Birthing Mama Pregnancy Companion!
These Birthing Mama videos are an offering from our hearts to support your pregnancy in being as transformational for your inner self as it will be for your outer self.
The yoga sequences have been carefully created to address many common pregnancy-related symptoms, as well as to help prepare you for labor and birth. We introduce movements and postures that strengthen, relax, and open your body, and bring deep integration and wholeness. We also share practices that are appropriate for use during birth.
Each video can be practiced on its own or you can link sequences together and practice without the video once you have learned them. We hope that with the sequences designed as they are, you will learn the practices enough to feel empowered to create your own flow of sequences when you are at home and want to practice.
