Weymouth
Mental Health Topics
Weymouth was founded in 1622 as the Wessagusset colony. It was renamed Weymouth in 1635 after a community in England where many settlers had come from. For a large part of it's history, Weymouth was a fishing and agricultural community, which then evolved into a manufacturing hub for shoes. Today Weymouth is a residential suburb located just south of Boston.
