We at the William James College INTERFACE Referral Service are keenly aware of the shortage of mental health providers of color and how racial inequities exist in medical and mental health care. The College’s Black Mental Health Academy, Center for Multicultural and Global Mental Health, and other programs and academic offerings are playing a critical role in reversing this trend. Middleborough

Middleborough was settled in 1660 and incorporated in 1669.  It is the second largest town by land area in Massachusetts and it known as the cranberry capital of the world!  Middleborough is located 38 miles from Boston and 30 miles from Providence, Rhode Island. Middleborough is on routes to Plymouth, Cape Cod, Fall River, New Bedford and Taunton.  Middleborough is also now served by the MBTA's Old Colony Commuter Rail Service.
